Ash joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in September 2023 and qualified into the firm’s contentious construction team. He represents construction professionals and their insurers in a range of disputes and has experience of litigation conducted in the Technology and Construction Court and various methods of alternative dispute resolution. He has experience dealing with claims at various stages from pre-action to trial.
During his training contract, Ash spent six months on secondment at a global engineering and construction company, where he gained experience advising on large scale projects across the nuclear, digital and technology sectors.
Ash also spent six months in the firm’s insurance team where he assisted in the defence of claims against directors and officers (“D&O”), solicitors and educational institutions.
Ash is a member of the firm’s ESG Committee.
